Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and operate the Silver+/Mart data products using Airflow and dbt, ensuring data integrity, reproducibility, and reliability.
  • •Build and manage metrics and semantic layers (defining metrics, calculations, versions, and change impact).
  • •Operate data quality and observability (dbt tests, custom checks, anomaly detection, trust tier modeling).
  • •Standardize analytics serving (dashboards, reports, KPI monitoring with cross-team collaboration across PA, PM, Marketing, FP&A).
  • •Contribute to experiments/analytics automation, reverse ETL specifications, and data governance (schema, terminology, ownership).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of data pipeline engineering experience with SQL and Python, operating Airflow/dbt
  • •Hands-on data warehouse modeling and performance tuning with Databricks or BigQuery
  • •Experience applying software engineering practices (CI/CD, version control) to data pipelines
  • •Ability to understand business domains and convert data into trustworthy, usable products
  • •Independent design ownership and strong cross-team communication and coordination skills
