  • •Design, develop, and use simulation and/or formal verification environments at block and system levels to prove functional correctness.
  • •Drive verification strategy and execution for memory controller high-performance IPs and/or SoC designs, ensuring verification closure.
  • •Plan, execute, track verification activities, and deliver outcomes to programs with teams.
  • •Collaborate with memory controller design teams to improve overall product quality, using strong communication and leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 3,338,160 - 4,768,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS with 8+ years, or MS with 7+ years, or PhD with 7+ years in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • •Hands-on verification experience with state-of-the-art memory controllers (HBM, DDR, LPDDR, UCIe) and strong understanding of current memory controller protocols plus calibration skew/jitter modeling.
  • •Experience developing UVM/OVM and/or Verilog/SystemVerilog test benches and using simulation/debug tools such as Synopsys VCS and Cadence IES.
  • •Proven ability driving verification strategies and successful verification execution for high-performance IPs and/or SoC memory controllers.
  • •Proven technical leadership experience planning, executing, tracking, driving verification closure, and delivering programs with teams of 9+ engineers.
