Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full credit journey across eligibility, application, decisioning, onboarding, limits, statements, repayments, and support.
  • •Shape the product proposition and roadmap, influencing design decisions beyond execution.
  • •Identify and solve friction points in how customers pay, track, and manage spending.
  • •Turn complex systems, constraints, and credit policies into simple, intuitive user experiences that scale globally.
  • •Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Analytics to ship high-impact improvements and continuously improve outcomes with data and research.

Salary: GBP 72,000 - 105,000 annually
