Staff Software Engineer, Labs: Applied AI

Build and ship full-stack applied AI prototypes that bring frontier AI into real-world workflows for professionals in non-software-native roles. Collaborate with research teams to translate new model capabilities into tools, run structured experiments and evaluations, and incorporate feedback from users and domain experts to iterate quickly. You’ll prototype early and often, document learnings, and provide feedback to improve model effectiveness in domain-heavy settings.
