•Ensure procurement activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance frameworks (e.g., competition law, data protection, anti-corruption).
•Conduct legal and compliance due diligence on suppliers, including Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) assessments.
•Review and assess contractual risks, liability clauses, indemnification provisions, and related terms.
•Ensure ICT vendor contracts comply with DORA requirements, including resilience provisions, audit rights, exit strategies, and incident reporting obligations.
