Job Summary

Own and execute the full program supply chain scope for STaRS, partnering with program and cross-functional leaders to deliver AOP/OTD and maintain material coverage. Develop material strategies, supplier risk mitigation, and material sales forecasting, and drive FEOTB front-end activities including MRP planning, load, releases, and EAC reporting. Coordinate with program, factory, and supply base to manage manufacturing planning, proposals, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Program Manager and cross-functional leaders to ensure AOP, OTD delivery, and material coverage for internal and external customer commitments.
•Develop, coordinate, and execute program material strategies, plans, and supplier risk mitigation activities.
•Establish and drive material sales forecasting for assigned program and product line.
•Lead FEOTB front-end activities including MRP planning, load, material releases, and initial and quarterly EAC reporting.
•Support proposals and supplier/cost activities, including BOE generation, material pricing inputs, RFQ planning/execution, and CAPA closure for TINA requirements.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience, or an Advance Degree with 7 years relevant experience.
•Minimum 6 years experience in a supply chain role.
•Experience with material sales forecasting, Risk & Opportunity management, and Material Estimates at Completion (EACs) and/or Earned Value Management (EVMS).
•Active and transferable Secret clearance level required at time of application, with U.S. government issued clearance required prior to start.
•U.S. citizenship required to be eligible for security clearance.
