Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform service, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions on Air-Cooled and Water-Cooled chillers (screw, scroll, centrifugal).
  • •Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues in chiller and HVAC systems.
  • •Conduct chiller start-up, commissioning, performance testing, and system optimization.
  • •Manage site execution for data center cooling projects, coordinating with contractors and OEM teams.
  • •Maintain service reports and documentation, complete root-cause analysis/8D reports, and provide customer updates while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
  • •5–10 years of hands-on experience servicing Air-Cooled and Water-Cooled Chillers, preferably for data centre applications.
  • •Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, HVAC controls, and BMS/EMS integration with cooling redundancy concepts.
  • •Experience executing projects, including installation supervision and commissioning of HVAC equipment.
  • •Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and equipment manuals.
