Global Structured Finance Deal Manager

Own end-to-end execution of new deal and amendment transactions within Global Structured Finance, from initial engagement through deal close. Lead negotiation and contract review, support pricing decisions, and manage pre-close onboarding and risk assessment (including KYC and approvals) to ensure operational readiness. Oversee closing mechanics, confirm conditions precedent, execute final documents, and coordinate with internal partners, external counsel, and senior client stakeholders.
