  • •Coordinate with internal engineering teams and provide leadership and mentoring to project design teams.
  • •Build client relationships, support proposal writing/marketing and sales efforts, track metrics/reporting, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field, or equivalent experience (including 15+ years post-education experience in a project management role).
  • •5+ years of applicable industry experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager in the electric utility or renewables market.
  • •Advanced experience managing small- to medium-scale projects and/or leading engineering on large/complex projects.
  • •Knowledge of project management processes and tools, including understanding of medium- and high-voltage portions of renewables projects.
  • •Experience winning and executing competitive bid work, plus client relationship building experience.
