Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Commission and service HVAC equipment and systems in accordance with company standards.
  • •Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Perform scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, replacements, and service upgrades.
  • •Complete service documentation and reporting accurately and on time.
  • •Participate in standby and on-call duty rosters and comply with all safety, legal, and certification requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical education in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • •Experience servicing and maintaining HVAC equipment and systems (e.g., chillers); data center experience is an asset.
  • •Required certifications, licenses, or authorizations for the role and local regulations, especially: F-Gas and Electrician qualification (S3).
  • •Willingness to participate in standby/on-call support as required.
  • •Working proficiency in English and the ability to work independently at customer sites.
