Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop audience research to support the creation and growth of video franchises, including concept, pilot, and audience appetite studies.
  • •Oversee longitudinal tracking of existing shows’ audience health (loyalty, satisfaction, churn reasons) and build a video performance tracking program.
  • •Partner with analytics and video leadership to benchmark performance across owned/operated, social, and streaming surfaces and establish a reporting cadence.
  • •Lead quantitative and qualitative research to support video strategy and format development, managing methodologies from questionnaire design through insight delivery.
  • •Manage multiple research projects and partner with external vendors, improving the quality, speed, and effect of video measurement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 205,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in market research, user research, or consumer insights, with emphasis on multimodal and product research.
  • •Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and experience applying continuous improvement to research.
  • •Experience leading all facets of a tracking program, including vendor relationships, questionnaire development, data mining, and reporting.
  • •Fluency in analyzing large datasets and creating clear reports from insights.
