Key Responsibilities

•Embed a commercial mindset in all decision-making processes for mono stores and channels; analyze store KPIs and local trends to identify opportunities in operations, visuals, and experiences; integrate commercial impact into merchandising and store experience.
•Lead in-store marketing and 5 P's (People, Product, Premises, Processes, Profit); ensure compliance with global standards and drive sales events through planning and execution for the Mono channel.
•Regularly analyze and report Mono stores performance metrics; identify areas for improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions.
•Foster a high-performance culture within Mono stores by setting clear expectations and providing constructive feedback to motivate trading excellence and operational efficiency.
•Collaborate closely with the Mono Excellence manager and other stakeholders to shape annual channel plans and align support for Mono stores.

Key Requirements

•At least 6 years of work experience in Retail or/and Sales related in Global Brand.
•Outstanding communication & Influencing skills, & Project Management Skills.
•Sales & trend analysis, Sales promotion plan ability, and awareness of market trends, analysis and problem solving.
•Customer service Retail environment experience.
•University degree or above; Advanced IT skills in Power BI, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
