Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Creator or Agency Management team in developing and executing live streaming strategies using performance tracking and operational reporting.
  • •Assist creators/agents with guidance to optimize content, grow audiences, and enhance monetization.
  • •Participate in event planning and reward operations, improving execution and efficiency using creative ideas and data-backed evaluation.
  • •Collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams to enhance creator operations, community engagement, and content diversity.
  • •Conduct research on creator trends, market insights, and best practices to identify new growth and platform innovation opportunities, including on-call support for VIP/top creators.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • •Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Proficiency in Filipino and English.
  • •Strong interest in live streaming and the creator economy, with knowledge of current trends.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
