Financial Reporting Manager- FR Y-9C; FFEIC 031

Manage end-to-end financial reporting and regulatory data submissions for a corporate and bank reporting environment, ensuring accurate, timely preparation and distribution of internal and external reports. Serve as a subject matter expert on GAAP and complex SEC and regulatory requirements (including FR Y-9C and FFEIC 031/Call Report). Collaborate across Finance, coordinate with audits/examinations, and interpret results for senior leadership.
