Recruitment Partner (Emiratisation)

Lead end-to-end recruitment for Emirates Group across departments with a focus on Emiratisation and UAE National talent. Source, attract, interview, and hire candidates; design selection processes with the Business Psychologist team; and partner with stakeholders to promote the employer brand globally while maintaining recruitment integrity. This role emphasizes high-volume recruitment and data-driven insights to inform strategy.
