CMB Insurance Channel Manager - Hang Seng Insurance - Hang Seng Bank (HK) (Mongkok, Kowloon, HK)

Act as a key contact for the CMB Insurance Sales team, supporting Life, General, and Medical insurance sales and monitoring channel performance to achieve business targets. Build and execute a business support master plan using internal and external connections, maintain relationships with sales channels, and refine selling process frameworks. Coordinate training initiatives, ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements, and track KPIs across products and channels while reporting to management.
