Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead full-cycle recruitment for internships, co-ops, and graduate opportunities across Canada, including talent attraction, assessment, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • •Partner with business and HR colleagues to understand hiring needs, shape recruiting strategies, and provide market insights and recommendations.
  • •Build relationships with universities, student organizations, faculty, and career centers to strengthen Aon’s campus presence and early careers pipeline.
  • •Create a clear, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
  • •Manage recruiting workflows and candidate records in iCIMS, coordinate with recruiting operations and onboarding partners, and use recruiting data to improve hiring outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 65,000 - 70,000

Key Requirements

  • •Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintaining accurate, confidential candidate records.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Professional fluency in written and spoken French and English for frequent communication across Canada (including Quebec).
  • •Ability to manage accurate candidate records and recruiting workflows in iCIMS.
  • •Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
