Key Responsibilities

  • •Process deposits, loan payments, cash checks, savings withdrawals, night/mail deposits, cashier’s checks, and savings bond redemptions.
  • •Answer clients’ questions in person and by telephone, and support special client requests (e.g., closing accounts, ordering checks, exchanging foreign currency, statements, referrals, safe-deposit box procedures).
  • •Reconcile and maintain the cash drawer by counting, packaging currency/coin, submitting excess/mutilated cash, and maintaining appropriate cash supplies.
  • •Comply with bank operations and security procedures, including dual-control functions, traffic surveys, auditing teller currency, and assisting in certification of proof.
  • •Identify basic cross-sell and referral opportunities and utilize 360View to record activities, incidents, and referrals.
