Key Responsibilities

•Process deposits, loan payments, cash checks, savings withdrawals, night/mail deposits, cashier’s checks, and savings bond redemptions.
•Answer clients’ questions in person and by telephone, and support special client requests (e.g., closing accounts, ordering checks, exchanging foreign currency, statements, referrals, safe-deposit box procedures).
•Reconcile and maintain the cash drawer by counting, packaging currency/coin, submitting excess/mutilated cash, and maintaining appropriate cash supplies.
•Comply with bank operations and security procedures, including dual-control functions, traffic surveys, auditing teller currency, and assisting in certification of proof.
•Identify basic cross-sell and referral opportunities and utilize 360View to record activities, incidents, and referrals.
