Serve as a People HRBP partner aligning HR strategy to business goals by advising managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational change. Drive consistent HR execution across client groups, support team effectiveness and inclusive leadership, and ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable laws. Use HR metrics to spot trends and risks, and contribute to engagement, retention, and change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Senior/Lead/manager HRBPs to understand business goals and align HR strategies.
•Drive consistent implementation of HR strategies across assigned client groups or business functions.
•Support managers with team building across onboarding, performance management, engagement, and employee relations.
•Provide coaching to managers on talent development, inclusive leadership, and resolving employee concerns.
•Ensure HR policy and legal compliance; analyze HR metrics and support change management initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
•5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in an HRBP role supporting business leaders or client groups.
•Strong understanding of HR best practices and the business functions they support.
•Strong knowledge of employment laws and excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
