Job Summary

Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment and company assets at the Cullman Blend Mill while following Tyson safety policies and procedures. Perform equipment assembly/disassembly, housekeeping, preventive maintenance, welding (oxy-fuel, oxygen cutting, plasma cutting), and operate mobile pneumatic and circuit components. Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, work safely at heights, and complete physical tasks up to 70 lbs while supporting overtime and weekend needs.

•Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment and company assets in a safe manner aligned with Tyson policies and procedures.
•Assemble and disassemble equipment and conduct preventive maintenance on all equipment.
•Operate and maintain mobile equipment, including pneumatic and circuit components.
•Perform welding on ferrous materials using oxy-fuel welding equipment, oxygen cutting, and plasma cutting.
•Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and work safely at heights while communicating instructions effectively.

•Valid driver's license.
•Basic computer skills.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification.
