Key Responsibilities

  • •Develops and implements manufacturing processes across organizations and monitors complex production issues.
  • •Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies, developing solutions to reduce or mitigate.
  • •Coordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation.
  • •Provides project leadership across multiple disciplines and serves as primary interface with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • •Leads long-range research and planning for STE projects and future lab capability needs, including STE allocation, sustainment, and critical component reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience working in test with Special Test Equipment (STE) for satellite production
  • •3+ years' experience analyzing data, performing trend analysis, and compiling reports

  • •Experience working with electronics and/or mechanical systems in design, fabrication, and test
