Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate administrative and operational activities across the third-party lifecycle for TLM, working with TRMs and cross-functional partners.
  • •Submit and manage third-party requests including SmartBuy requests, Ariba payment requisitions, Oracle requisitions, IIQ requests, and GSM/TLM Helpdesk tickets.
  • •Monitor purchase requisition approval workflows and provide purchase order information to support timely execution and payment.
  • •Support supplier onboarding through the New Vendor Online Form and related processes, including gathering and completing required documentation ahead of TLM risk assessments.
  • •Maintain and validate third-party records and data, identify discrepancies, manage data change requests, and support pre- and post-contract TLM requirements.
