Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage efficient and accurate shipping and receiving of inventory materials while maintaining a safe, neat warehouse.
  • •Pull and pack merchandise to fulfill orders on time, correctly documenting and labeling assembled product with code, description, and quantity.
  • •Ensure customer service during packing by packing neatly, labeling correctly, and signing off on completion.
  • •Check in and update returns, and keep products stocked in corresponding bins.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve UPS and LTL claims while maintaining product knowledge and performing administrative duties as assigned.
