  • •Embodies a strong client experience culture by being present with clients and teammates and coaching to improve the teller experience.
  • •Manage teller functions efficiently and accurately while resolving more complex client servicing issues as a primary troubleshooter.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a banker; use financial wellness tools to support client goals.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line duties, including teller scheduling, providing coaching, and overseeing branch operational standards and compliance.
  • •Support the branch manager with onboarding and training new tellers; follow balancing, compliance, audit, and security procedures; work Saturdays as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Minimum 3 years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills (required).
  • •Minimum 3 years of experienced cash handling (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, foster teamwork, and manage multiple tasks (required).
