Job Summary

Configure, code, test, and implement technology solutions that support business processes and the product roadmap. Collaborate with Product Owner/Product Manager and cross-functional teams using an Agile mindset to deliver minimum viable increments. Provide operational support to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and resolve production problems, including managing support tickets and supporting continuous improvement.

•Understand business processes supported by technology systems and create/maintain business process flow diagrams.
•Configure/code technology systems, ensure integrations with dependent solutions, and create functional specifications; ensure thorough testing and deployment readiness.
•Create and maintain business documentation with Product Owner, Product Manager, and SMEs using MS tools.
•Support maintenance and upgrades of existing technology systems.
•Work with external vendors and product support analysts to troubleshoot issues, manage production support tickets per SLAs, and mentor BAAs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business/IT/Computer Science or related field, or equivalent education plus experience.
•2+ years experience in technology and software development processes.
•2+ years configuring/developing Salesforce (Commerce is a plus) to meet business user requirements.
•2+ years experience supporting business applications and 2+ years as a business systems analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment (preferred).
•Experience using production support ticketing systems and supporting end users with technology and/or business process issues.
