Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving store targets and delivering an optimal consumer experience through staff productivity.
  • •Role model adidas service and selling standards to lead and inspire the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
  • •Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure adequate shop-floor replenishment.
  • •Train and coach the team to fine tune service skills and build foundational and seasonal brand/product knowledge.
  • •Coordinate inventory processing and stock-to-floor procedures; share best practices to improve overall team performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Permanent legal rights to work in Australia or New Zealand (no relocation or visa support offered).
  • •Experience as a retail team leader in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear (highly regarded).
  • •Experience with visual merchandising.
  • •Experience with stockroom procedures.
  • •Strong ability to train and coach a retail team on service skills and brand/product knowledge.
