Job Summary

Own the architecture layer of the Portable Platform transition so React engineers can write once and run across web and React Native. Lead the extraction from pure React Web to React Web plus React Native, design shared component abstractions, and drive SSR/RSC considerations. Stay hands-on with code and design docs while helping 600+ frontend engineers upskill through standards, documentation, and design reviews. Collaborate with Principal Engineering to set durable defaults across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and ship the frontend architecture for the Portable Platform so React engineers can write once and run across web and React Native.
•Lead the React Web to React Native transition, ensuring the extraction remains clean and shapes the long-term evolution of the frontend codebase.
•Own web implementations of shared Portable Platform component abstractions that work consistently across iOS, Android, and browser.
•Support upskilling of 600+ frontend engineers through code standards, documentation, design reviews, and direct collaboration.
•Bring SSR and React Server Components into the portable frontend story, including how the backend wires up to the portable frontend layer.
