Job Summary

Assist with receiving and distributing resale luxury items through the photo and authentication workflows. You’ll sort, stage, scan, and deliver products to the right departments, steam and prep photo-ready items, and support daily processing through audits and queue checks. Maintain accurate warehouse tickets, handle product safely and carefully, and operate a manual pallet jack (training provided) to keep the warehouse running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

•Distribute product to receiving and multiple departments, ensuring items are correctly sorted, staged, scanned, and delivered through the pipeline.
•Support photo department workflows by steaming and prepping photo-ready product and performing end-of-day scans and weekly queue audits.
•Handle authentication operations including sorting by level/category, managing intra-authentication movement, and scanning/tracking items in authentication locations.
•Scan and hand off published items to putaway, and route exception items with the appropriate teams.
•Operate a manual pallet jack (training provided) and maintain safe, organized warehouse operations while caring for product to prevent damage.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•6+ months of experience working in a warehouse production environment.
•Ability to excel in a high-volume, repetitive, quota-driven environment.
•Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds and stand up to 8 hours at a time.
•Proficiency with Mac OS and Google Suite.
•Ability to read and write in English and troubleshoot/problem-solve.
