Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with F&S and business leaders to drive Stripe’s long-term success.
  • •Coach, mentor, and oversee a team of analysts, while maintaining an individual-contributor portfolio (~50/50).
  • •Work cross-functionally to identify strategy questions and answer them with data.
  • •Build financial forecasts and targets; track performance and analyze deviations from actuals.
  • •Define key metrics and leading indicators and partner with Analytics to develop dashboards and tools.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant FP&A, strategic finance, or business-finance experience, including 2+ years managing a team.
  • •Own planning and forecasting processes across headcount, operating expenses, and/or revenue.
  • •Strong financial analysis fundamentals across budgeting/forecasting, month-end close support, and budget-versus-actual variance analysis.
  • •Manage and develop a small analyst team through prioritization, review, coaching, and accountability.
  • •Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills as a trusted finance partner to business leaders.
