Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate periodic and ad hoc bespoke client reporting requests, ensuring accuracy and version control and maintaining reporting calendars and delivery schedules.
  • •Serve as a coordination contact for routine client queries and service requests, supporting client onboarding and ongoing account maintenance and assisting with KYC refreshes and documentation.
  • •Maintain accurate client and sales data (including contact, relationship, cashflow, and opportunity data) in Salesforce or other CRM systems and support internal management reporting.
  • •Support sales activities by preparing meeting agendas and materials, conducting sales research, and synthesising findings into concise briefs.
  • •Coordinate compliance and related client requests, including updates to investment guidelines, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), RFPs/RFIs, and ensuring communications meet internal and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •3-6 years of relevant experience in asset management, investment management, financial services, institutional sales, client servicing, operations, or a related environment.
  • •Experience using Copilot, AI agents, automation, and other digital tools to reduce manual work and improve team effectiveness.
  • •Experience supporting institutional investors is strongly preferred.
  • •A university degree in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • •CFA, CAIA, or other relevant professional qualifications are advantageous.
