  • •Develop detailed CPM schedules with logic ties, resource loading, and milestone tracking.
  • •Perform critical path analysis, identify schedule risks, and recommend recovery plans and acceleration strategies.
  • •Monitor schedule progress and update schedules based on actual performance and forecasted trends; prepare executive-level schedule reports and dashboards.
  • •Integrate schedule risk management, facilitate schedule review meetings, and mentor junior schedulers and project controls staff.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in scheduling and project controls for large-scale construction programs (data center or mission-critical preferred).
  • •Expertise in CPM scheduling and Primavera P6 (MS Project experience also required).
  • •Strong understanding of construction sequencing, procurement timelines, and commissioning activities.
  • •Proven ability to manage integrated schedules across multiple workstreams and contractors.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; PSP/PMP or equivalent highly desirable.
