Team Lead - Global Accounting

Lead the global direct accounts payable process, ensuring integrity, compliance with internal controls, and accurate data flows between systems while managing exceptions. Own global Direct AP account balance reporting (including accrual accounts) and validate vendor reconciliations for controllership. Oversee vendor management and monthly closing activities, including month-end provisions, Blackline reconciliations, and statutory compliance tasks such as GST credits, MSME interest calculations, BOE, and payment instructions. Develop and coach a diverse team, collaborating with affiliates and partners to deliver performance metrics and mitigate risks.
