  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecast issues, and synchronize work.
  • •Provide direct customer contact and ensure satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC products and systems at customer locations.
  • •Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in a commercial environment.
  • •Use blueprints/engineering specifications, along with hand tools and applicable software/technology, to diagnose and repair units.
