Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain an up-to-date inventory of AI tools used across the field organization and support consolidation efforts to reduce tool sprawl.
  • •Formalize a library of field-adopted and requested AI use cases in coordination with the AI Transformation Owner and CRO.
  • •Monitor AI tool usage across teams, build simple adoption reporting, and flag underutilized or underperforming tools to stakeholders.
  • •Draft internal announcements for tool rollouts and create micro-enablement programs to engage the field in AI tooling.
  • •Own the intake and processing of AI tool access requests and ensure underlying data used by or generated from AI tools remains clean and properly maintained.
