Job Summary

Own day-to-day AI operations for the field organization by maintaining an inventory of AI tools, consolidating overlapping tools, and building an index of field use cases and needs. Track adoption and utilization with lightweight reporting, manage AI tool access requests in line with licensing and approvals, and ensure the underlying data (e.g., shared drives/datasets) stays clean, accurate, and well organized to support adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain an up-to-date inventory of AI tools used across the field organization and support consolidation efforts to reduce tool sprawl.
•Formalize a library of field-adopted and requested AI use cases in coordination with the AI Transformation Owner and CRO.
•Monitor AI tool usage across teams, build simple adoption reporting, and flag underutilized or underperforming tools to stakeholders.
•Draft internal announcements for tool rollouts and create micro-enablement programs to engage the field in AI tooling.
•Own the intake and processing of AI tool access requests and ensure underlying data used by or generated from AI tools remains clean and properly maintained.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,200 - 160,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Some experience in enablement, sales/business operations, IT operations, or a similar coordination-heavy function, comfortable owning recurring operational processes.
•Strong attention to detail, able to track multiple tools, requests, and datasets without losing items.
•Interest in AI tools and platforms, with willingness to learn how they’re configured, accessed, and maintained.
•Process-minded approach—improving structured intake, access workflows, and tracking dashboards rather than building strategy from scratch.
•Comfort working with spreadsheets and dashboards to track utilization and maintain data quality.
