Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, configure, support, and maintain monitoring and observability solutions.
  • •Administer, monitor, and support monitoring services, keeping tools tuned and compliant for performance and capacity utilization.
  • •Proactively monitor systems, address performance bottlenecks, and support incident resolution and troubleshooting.
  • •Coordinate planned downtime, software installs, and adhere to change management and operational/service level agreements.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional peers, document configurations and operational procedures, and provide 24x7 on-call technical support and training as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Splunk, OpsRamp, AppDynamics, NetBrain, NetScout, Cisco Catalyst Center).
  • •Experience with infrastructure and application monitoring on Windows and Linux, plus cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • •Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms.
  • •Basic scripting and automation familiarity with TypeScript, React, Ansible, and Python.
  • •Experience defining and applying reliability concepts like SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets aligned with SRE principles, with strong troubleshooting skills.
