Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary technical point of contact and responsible engineer for DREX development, production, and sustainment within the MFRFS product line.
  • •Coordinate with engineering, product leads, chief engineer, and program management on planning, execution, prioritization, and status reporting.
  • •Recommend design improvements and lead resolution of technical issues and technical risks for the designated DREX.
  • •Partner with production factory teams to understand the DREX build process and support optimization of engineering-specific areas.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete development and integration of the next-generation DREX and support sustainment by evaluating repaired units.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
  • •Experience with RF simulation toolsets such as ADS, HFSS, or SystemVue.
