Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the process and chemistry pathfinding portion of the NAND Process Technology Roadmap.
  • •Coordinate technology pathfinding activities with partner organizations, engineering teams, and TD fabs aligned to established roadmaps.
  • •Lead a critical taskforce and multi-functional team to advance new tech node yield and device roadmap.
  • •Improve new technology by partnering with process integration, technology development, and local yield teams.
  • •Define and drive SOW agreements to expand Micron exclusivity of equipment, chemistry, and process solutions, while mentoring team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in wet process development for semiconductors/memory technologies.
  • •Deep understanding of memory technologies, semiconductor processing and devices, and surface science/analytic methods for materials properties.
  • •Experience in process technology development business processes and strategy, including semiconductor process technology assessment for rational risk assessment.
  • •Ability to lead innovation across large and small teams and deliver critical milestones across cross-disciplinary, cross-organizational efforts.
  • •Demonstrated collaboration skills (internal and external) plus strong presentation, partnership, and matrix-management abilities.
