Key Responsibilities

•Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and business functions, including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Business Operations.
•Partner closely with hiring managers and executives to develop hiring strategies aligned to company goals.
•Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent mapping.
•Drive candidate engagement and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
•Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, interview design, and hiring best practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 210,000 annually
