Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet and serve customers professionally, responding to queries and issues to deliver high-level service.
  • •Prepare food and beverages, follow portion controls, and maintain correct stock rotation and stock levels while adjusting orders as required.
  • •Maintain food safety and hygiene compliance, including HACCP/allergen recording and adherence to Health/Food Safety Codes of Practice and COSHH.
  • •Handle cash effectively using EPOS, including opening/end-of-day procedures, cashing up, and ensuring security of monies.
  • •Perform cleaning to a high standard across equipment, utensils, glassware, surfaces, and work areas, and support tasks such as stock takes and ordering when required.
