Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including teller activities, account opening support, ATM balancing, and night depository processing.
  • •Ensure accurate transaction processing and consistent execution of service standards.
  • •Schedule and coordinate staffing to maintain appropriate coverage; mentor and coach employees to strengthen engagement and accountability.
  • •Serve clients by resolving inquiries and complaints and guiding them to appropriate products and services; drive sales through service-led execution to support scorecard performance.
  • •Maintain and reinforce branch policies and procedures, support fraud awareness, and prepare required control and compliance reporting (e.g., audit and FDICIA reports).
