Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage high-volume executive calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts using executive judgment aligned to strategic priorities.
  • •Draft, screen, and manage executive communications; filter and escalate issues requiring executive attention.
  • •Coordinate complex international and domestic travel arrangements with vendors and internal teams, including contingency planning.
  • •Independently organize executive-level meetings and events, preparing briefing materials, agendas, and follow-through on decisions.
  • •Handle expense workflows and track budgets with scrutiny, reconcile with Finance, and support vendor onboarding and PO/legal document coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or +6 years equivalent experience.
  • •Strong experience with MS 365, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • •Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
