Key Responsibilities

  • •Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals and lead by example to generate clientele and maximize customer retention.
  • •Lead the sales floor with a customer-first mindset to build loyal customer relationships and maintain strong customer experience feedback scores using NPS.
  • •Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and oversight of inbound and outbound inventory; track receiving/removals and BOH fulfillment metrics.
  • •Support loss prevention across the business, including setting expectations and informally training alongside leadership.
  • •Support store operations and merchandising standards: maintain weekly workflow, provide real-time sales/product feedback to leadership, and onboard and coach associates.
