Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expert and objective advice to senior management on M&A valuations to support decision-making.
  • •Support development and execution of M&A transactions through financial analysis, including building and using complex financial models, risk/uncertainty analysis, and producing financial statements.
  • •Source and manage valuation inputs from multiple internal and external sources, advising on gaps, deficiencies, and risks.
  • •Develop, coach, and mentor team members in areas of expertise.
  • •Manage external financial advisors and consultants for valuation activities and develop relationships in banks to provide external perspectives.
