Key Responsibilities

  • •Interpret and transcribe a variety of medical reports and correspondence to document and facilitate delivery of healthcare.
  • •Operate designated word processing, dictation, and transcription equipment to complete assignments.
  • •Meet doctors’/department required efficiency targets.
  • •Provide quality transcription with proper resources and proofreading of own work.
  • •Ensure confidentiality of the contents of transcribed reports and assist/co-ordinate with department admin work.

Key Requirements

  • •High school level or its equivalent and a Graduate qualification.
  • •At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Transcriptionist.
  • •Ability to transcribe medical/audio files with 100% quality.
  • •Excellent command of oral and written English; Arabic desirable but not mandatory.
  • •Strong listening and communication skills to interpret diverse accents and dictation styles.
