Job Function: Revenue Operations (RevOps)

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the multi-year strategic roadmap for Revenue Operations across all verticals aligned with Mastercard’s GBSC priorities and growth strategy.
•Lead the ROE organization through change management, moving from reactive service delivery to a proactive, capability-led operating model.
•Partner with GBSC leadership and enterprise stakeholders (Controllership, Regional Finance, Product, Technology) to influence billing strategy, revenue system investments, and operational priorities.
•Establish and enforce governance across ROE, including intake standards, escalation protocols, SOPs, and controls; remediate systemic risks with Finance, Audit, and Risk.
•Define the automation and AI strategy for Revenue Operations, identifying high-impact use cases for RPA, intelligent automation, agentic AI, and workflow orchestration.
•Own ROE knowledge management and training strategy; build documentation, curricula, self-service resources, and best-practice frameworks for scalable onboarding across verticals.
•Instill a performance culture with SLAs, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making; monitor metrics for throughput, accuracy, cycle time, and customer satisfaction.
•Set the strategic direction for customer experience, including VOC programs, escalation management, self-service enablement, and governance.
•Build and develop a high-performing leadership team across geographies and delivery models; oversee succession planning and performance management.
•Represent Revenue Operations in executive forums, board briefings, and governance bodies.

Salary: USD 200,000 - 330,000 annually
