Lead and manage End User Computing (EUC) and Endpoint Infrastructure for enterprise environments. Provide technical and operational leadership for onsite/Desktop Support, drive incident/problem management and automation, oversee endpoint tooling (Intune, SCCM, AVD), ensure security/compliance, and collaborate with engineering on scalable EUC solutions in a hybrid, enterprise setting.
