Job Summary

Roadway Engineers and Designers to join our southern US team, working on design/build or alternative delivery highway projects. Roles include Junior, Mid, and Senior levels; responsibilities include roadway CAD design, modeling, and calculations using MicroStation/OpenRoads, with DOT standards and AASHTO guidelines. Key Responsibilities

•Design roadway plans and layouts using CAD tools (Bentley MicroStation/OpenRoads)
•Perform roadway design calculations (superelevation, SSD, DSD, acceleration/deceleration lanes) and ensure compliance with AASHTO Green Book guidelines
•Collaborate on Design/Build or Alternative Delivery highway projects and support senior engineers
•Prepare and review roadway design drawings and CAD models for review
•Coordinate with DOTs and municipal agencies to meet project requirements

Key Requirements

•BS degree in Engineering or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
•For junior roles: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or equivalent
•For mid-level roles: BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or equivalent
•For senior roles: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or equivalent
•Preferred: EIT Certification or PE License
