Key Responsibilities

  • •Design roadway plans and layouts using CAD tools (Bentley MicroStation/OpenRoads)
  • •Perform roadway design calculations (superelevation, SSD, DSD, acceleration/deceleration lanes) and ensure compliance with AASHTO Green Book guidelines
  • •Collaborate on Design/Build or Alternative Delivery highway projects and support senior engineers
  • •Prepare and review roadway design drawings and CAD models for review
  • •Coordinate with DOTs and municipal agencies to meet project requirements

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in Engineering or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
  • •For junior roles: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or equivalent
  • •For mid-level roles: BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or equivalent
  • •For senior roles: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or equivalent
  • •Preferred: EIT Certification or PE License
