Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor design activities to ensure correctness, completeness, and compliance with scope, reviewing and commenting on design documents and drawings.
  • •Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support technical validation and ensure revisions are incorporated.
  • •Lead design-related activities across project stages, preparing and reviewing project strategies, technical proposals, and lifecycle cost analyses.
  • •Conduct risk analysis and provide technical input for safety in design, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • •Manage IPD team within GCC, India, attend client meetings, and present technical solutions and design strategies to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •12 to 15 years of experience in infrastructure design management, preferably with consultancy and contractor exposure.
  • •Professionally qualified engineer or actively pursuing professional engineering qualification.
  • •Strong understanding of infrastructure systems including roads, utilities, and structures.
  • •Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD and ACC.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
