Key Responsibilities

  • •Support end-to-end o9 implementations, including solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • •Develop and configure o9 models, planning workflows, and analytics dashboards to meet client needs.
  • •Define and implement data integration strategies between o9 and enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERPs.
  • •Coordinate with clients and technical teams to gather business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them.
  • •Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support to drive adoption and change management.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience implementing o9 solutions and supporting supply/demand planning use cases.
  • •Strong understanding of supply chain planning, including demand planning, inventory management, demand forecasting concepts, statistical modeling, and S&OP.
  • •Experience configuring and deploying o9 Enterprise Knowledge Graph (EKG) and Data Model in 2–3 implementations.
  • •Hands-on experience with SQL and Python (or similar scripting) for data transformations.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline, with consulting/client-facing experience in CPG, Retail, Pharma, or Manufacturing.
