Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle 80% of EDM (Endpoint Device Management) tickets and support end-user devices
  • •Contribute to infrastructure topics such as configurations, policies and security
  • •Assist with application management and scripting initiatives
  • •Support and configure Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 environments
  • •Troubleshoot device issues including BIOS, updates, drivers and network connectivity

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent English required
  • •Basic German skills expected
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Intune for endpoint device configuration and compliance
  • •Knowledge of Entra ID for identity and access management
  • •PowerShell scripting skills
